Privacy Policy
Introduction
Welcome to my personal blog. I value your privacy and design this space to be as transparent and respectful as possible. This policy explains what information is processed by this site and why.
Functional Local Storage & Cookies
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics trackers. I use local storage (localStorage) in your browser solely to remember interface preferences, such as the light/dark theme, accent color, and form state. This storage is strictly functional and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Interactions & Anti-Spam (Likes & Views)
To prevent abuse and manage article interactions, such as likes and views, your IP address is processed temporarily in memory on the server during the request. It is used to generate a pseudonymized technical identifier using a salted cryptographic hash. The original IP address is not stored in the application database and the resulting identifier is not used for profiling or cross-site tracking. The processing is limited to preventing abuse and managing these interactions.
Newsletter Subscription
If you subscribe to the newsletter, I collect your email address to manage your subscription and send you new blog articles and technical updates. Your email address is not used for advertising or profiling, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in each email.
Error Tracking (Sentry)
This site uses Sentry exclusively to detect and diagnose technical errors. Sentry is configured to minimize the collection of personal data: user information, cookies, HTTP headers, request and response bodies, URL query parameters, GraphQL variables, AI inputs and outputs, database query data, local stack-frame variables, and navigation breadcrumbs are not collected automatically. Client IP addresses are configured not to be stored in Sentry events. The purpose of this processing is limited to maintaining and improving the technical reliability of the site.
Third-Party Embedded Content
Some pages may contain embedded content from third parties, such as YouTube videos or CodePen demonstrations. These services may establish connections with their own servers when their content is loaded or when you choose to interact with it. Their respective privacy policies and terms apply to any processing carried out by those services.
